1. Clinical Use Specification
AiVet is a decision-support tool designed for veterinary professionals. The output of the Doolittle Protocol, including pain indices and landmark coordinate maps, constitutes clinical data for professional interpretation. It does not replace the judgment of a board-certified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
2. Data Integrity & Verification
Users of the "Applied Ethology" core agree to maintain the integrity of validation datasets. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the Bayesian fusion weights or bypass ISO-grade protocol calibration is strictly prohibited.
3. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance
All signal data captured via the Clinical Console is handled under zero-trust protocols. HIPAA-compliant encryption is enforced at the edge. Users are responsible for ensuring patient-side consent for signal capture.
4. Licensing & Resource Allocation
Access to the Clinical Standard tier is billed per location. Resource quotas for "Quantized Transformer" inference are enforced to ensure system stability across the network.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Doolittle Protocol provides objective quantification of observed signals. AiVet Systems is not liable for clinical outcomes derived from the interpretation of these signals.
